You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track the journey of your order in real time!
Alternatively, you can also log in to www.aasvi.in and visit the 'My Account' section to know your order status.
We do a quality check of the garment before we dispatch it. In case of any damage during shipment please report the incident to our Customer Care Team within 48 hours.
In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.
They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 6 months in one go on AASVI'S website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes.There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
- Exchange/Return is not accepted in any case.
SHIPPING
Shipping for all deliveries will be borne by the consumer only. The shipping charges will be additional and are calculated based on the weight and volume of the product and the destination country. Shipping costs will be shared upon request.
We try to make all our products available to your doorstep. We can have the orders shipped to your doorstep or at your convenience. In case you wish to collect the product, we can have your order sent to our studio which is located in Nikol, Ahmedabad.
If you order multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once your complete order is ready. However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please contact us +91 72020 37918.
REFUND & ALTERATIONS
All of our products are handcrafted specifically for you, taking into account every customer's wishes. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us at +91 72020 37918. Our team will be in touch with you to assist with your product. However, there is no refund/cancellation policy.
We generally keep a 4" (4 inch) margin for all our custom made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order at our Studio in Nikol, Ahmedabad. Please note, that we do not pick-up any alterations and the cost for delivering the product to us is to be taken care of by you.

However, if any alterations are required, we generally need about a week or two, however this varies from each and every product. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. For all products shopped from a multi-brand outlet, please contact the same multi-brand outlet for alterations.
For outfits purchased on sale/discount, we charge additionally for any alteration required. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
